Jean The Creative Pixie Podcast – Episode 5

Episode overview

It’s a bank holiday weekend here in the UK so I thought I’d make the most of having an empty house during the morning and film a little YouTube podcast.

In it I discuss my latest work in progress – the Campside Cardigan by Alicia Plummer.

I share my latest yarny purchase – Buttercup yarn from Lay Family Yarns and I ask for some help deciding on on a contrasting colour for the heels/toes/cuffs.

I discuss 2 knitting books: Alterknit Stitch Dictionary by Andrea Rangel and Super Socks by Christine Perry, founder of the Winwick Mum Sockalong who celebrated her 3rd birthday this week.

The main news on the podcast is my involvement in the Woollinn , Dublin’s Festival of Yarn which is taking place on 25th-27th May in Dublin. I am part of the press pool, a group of bloggers and podcasters who will be covering the event.
