It’s been an interesting couple of weeks regarding my blog. I’ve been updating the look of it and trying to add more links for my lovely blog readers to access. As I’m sure you all know, it definitely takes a while to know how to put certain settings, widgets and links in place.
I have also been making up some school worksheets for Miss P to work on during the holidays so she doesn’t forget her words and numbers from P1. I’m aware that quite a few of my followers also have children of school age so I thought that I would put PDF’s of the worksheets on my blog under the Kids Learning page for you to use with your children.Let me know what you think or if there’s any particular thing you would like covered.
Speaking of children and learning, a lovely relative of mine has just started writing a blog. On Making Memories in the Chaos she concentrates on her 3 children (aged 3, 2 and 1!) and the fun activities that she does with them. Go check it out and her Facebook page as she has some great ideas.
I was recently nominated for a couple of blog awards.

Thanks to the lovely Jackie at Knitting with Heart and Taylor at Crochet me lovely who both nominated me for this…

I also need to thank the fabulous Judit from Monster Yarns who nominated me for this award.
There are so many lovely blogs that I follow so I’m going to have a hard job choosing nominees to pass these on to.
Well that’s all I have time for this evening, I hope everyone is having a good week….Oh yes and CONGRATULATIONS to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their little boy!
Awh thank you for the shout out 🙂 xx
Ha ha you are so right about the time it takes to work out how to make the most of blogging (but worth it in the end).
congrats to your award winning .. 😀
Thank you
Congratulations on your awards! Your blog is looking great, and yes, I know how difficult it can be navigating through behind the scenes. I don’t use my blog site to the best of its ability because I just don’t know how to, and it takes time to figure it all out.
I answered your sweet comment on my blog. I always love your visits.
Enjoy the day and your children,
Marianne xo
